Over time I have learned to celebrate the small wins instead of always waiting for a big dramatic one. Keeping my Cholibrium habit, drinking enough water or getting to bed on time all genuinely count in my book. These little victories keep me motivated and make the whole routine feel rewarding rather than like a grind. I do not need anything dramatic to feel like I am moving in the right direction. The small things really do add up.
