If I had to pick one habit that holds my whole routine together, it would be balanced eating. Choosing wholesome foods most of the time makes everything else feel easier, and my other habits, including xhealth, fit naturally around it. I keep things realistic rather than restrictive, with plenty of vegetables, water and the occasional treat. Small foundations like this make the bigger routine sustainable over months, not just days.
